- Michael Balian has engaged in a general corporate, litigation, real estate and transactional practice.
- Michael Balian has cultivated corporate clientele; advise multi-million dollar corporations on various legal concerns, including structure, strategy and employment issues.
- Michael Balian has negotiated and completed numerous merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, including asset and stock sales and acquisitions, control acquisitions and joint ventures.
- Michael Balian has engaged in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including development transactions, acquisitions and sales of properties.
