Balian & Busse, PLC has an active immigration practice in four separate offices located throughout Metropolitan Detroit.  With an extensive background in criminal law, Balian & Busse, has established a specialty practice serving non U.S. Citizens with State and Federal Court prosecutions and convictions of criminal offenses. 

The immigration practice interfaces with every office of the United States Immigration Court including the offices of District Counsel, the office of Immigration Custom and Enforcement and the office of Deportation and Removal throughout the country. 

The staff processes all forms of Visas as well as assisting in obtaining Waivers of Conditions and Green Cards.  The firm has an active Motion practice filing various appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Circuit Courts of Appeal throughout the Country.  Balian & Busse fight for Bond Releases as well as assisting at Citizenship interviews for Citizenship applicants.
